Razem Pamoja Foundation from Kraków organized Bartek Materka’s exhibition in Mathare Art Gallery, located in the Mathare slums of Nairobi, Kenia. The project had a stron educational streak in it. With the help of the local community and craftsmen, Materka has also created a monumental sculpture of a marabou stork, made of spray-painted metal and installed on the roof of one of the slums.
