Raster participates in the 2017 edition of Tokyo Art Book Fair. It’s the biggest art book fair in Asia, with a high-culture schedule of exhibitions, screenings and panels. Around 350 booksellers, publishers, gallery presses and artists from all over the world take part in it, with our gallery as the only exhibitor from Central and Eastern Europe.
Raster’s stand is dedicated mostly to quality monographic editions featuring Polish artists such as Aneta Grzeszykowska and Oskar Dawicki, as well as albums researching Polish urban space, its architecture and visual culture, such as the newly published Ruins of Warsaw or D.O.M. Polski, an artistic account of the transformation years in Poland. Raster Editions Portfolios, a collector’s book series made in cooperation with artists, is geared towards an audience of young collectors to share the Polish art scene globally.
