Our presentation of works by Rafał Bujnowski at Art Basel Hong Kong is his first solo presentation in Asia. A new series of paintings was created for this occasion within the artist’s characteristic style: exploring the boundaries between abstraction and figuration, between the painterly process and the act of representation. Bujnowski inventively evolves the traditions of painterly minimalism and conceptualism, creating unique works that are as figurative as they are abstract.

拉法乌·布依诺夫斯基首次亚洲个人展将在亚洲巴塞尔艺术展香港展登场。一系列艺术家个人风格的新作将配合本次展览亮相：探索虚幻间的界限，创作过程与展出活动间的界限。

这一新作系列就是在画家的意图与主体、内容与绘画技术之间最大协同的例证。黑色与黑白画在我们的眼睛还只是感知光的直角前就来到了生活。光，是布依诺夫斯基作品中至关重要的元素。这在几乎是全部黑色或黑白的作品中起到惊人的效果作用，它建立起多面的、虚幻的空间。布依诺夫斯基巧妙地将绘画极简主义与概念主义传统相结合，创造出独一无二，亦真亦幻的艺术作品。
While in Hong Kong we will also organize premiere screenings of two loudly-commented Polish movies from 2015: “Walser”, a cinematic debut by Zbigniew Libera who wrote and directed it, and “Performer”, a feature film inspired by Oskar Dawicki, starring… Oskar Dawicki playing Oskar Dawicki (dir. by Łukasz Ronduda and Maciej Sobieszczański). The screenings will be held in one of the most important galleries in Hong Kong, 10 Chancery Lane Gallery.

香港展览期间，我们还将组织两部2015年波兰声名大噪的电影作品的首映活动——由Zbigniew Libera（兹比格涅夫·利贝拉）创作并导演的处女作电影《Walser（瓦尔泽）》；另外一部则由Oskar Dawicki（奥斯卡·达维茨基）而获得灵感来源的影片《Performer（表演者）》，本片将由Oskar Dawicki亲自演绎自己，由Łukasz Ronduda（乌卡什·隆杜达）与Maciej Sobieszczański（马彻依·索比埃什察尼斯基）执导。
