A new series of unique ceramic objects by Olaf Brzeski is presented in the exhibition Once Upon a Time in Iran at the KAAF Institute in Teheran. These works, small sculptures and pateras, were created during a stay of several months by the artist in the Iranian city of Tabriz. The works were executed in cooperation with local potters using traditional techniques and materials. One of the themes of these fragile objects is etchings depicting the experience of an earthquake.
