Nicolas Grospierre is a renow­ned artist and photographer, an explorer of brutalist architec­ture, and a creator of illusionistic photographic objects. A few years ago, he discovered the charms of heliography—images created using sun­light. The abs­tract com­positions he produces on fabrics have been exhibited, among other places, at the Palace on the Isle in Warsaw’s Łazienki Royal Park. Helioderm is an intriguing attempt to trans­fer this same method onto the sur­face of human skin. Now available—tanning with an avant-​garde twist.
